Our Civic Oration Contest will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020, at 9:00 am in the multipurpose room.  As part of its dedication to community service,  Modern Woodmen of the World launched its Civic Oration Contest in 1948.  It is an annual contest for our fifth grade students, and helps them to develop and exercise public speaking skills.  The topic for this year’s contest is “What Does Freedom Mean to You?”  Winners of our school-level contest may have the opportunity to advance to competition at the county, state, and national levels.
